Our bright and inviting dining venues all have a view onto the garden grounds. For those traveling aboard Holland America Line, we are proud to offer our culinary Taste of Skagway
tour which combines a guided garden tour with a cooking demonstration
by our renowned chef using fresh organic ingredients from our garden (with lots of hearty samples!). While no red meat is used, the chef's soup of
the day may contain beef stock, so please let us know in advance if this is a
problem for you. Both our tea services and lunches feature fresh
spinach or smoked salmon quiche. With advance notice we are also happy
to accomodate the needs of vegan, wheat or gluten free diets! If you have special dietary requirements, please let us or your cruise line know at the time of booking.
